About the Instructors:
Celeste Varner
When a friend first taught Celeste to crochet about five years ago, she had no idea what she would be getting into. After a few hats in crochet, Celeste was eager to expand her fiber techniques to include knitting. Over the past five years, Celeste's portfolio has grown to include, mittens, gloves, socks, sweaters, toys, and (thanks to the birth of her daughter 1 1/2 years ago) numerous baby clothes. As owner of Loop & Leaf, Celeste is asked for help on a wide range of projects and patterns, and she is now excited to share tips and tricks in her classes.
Brecia Kralovic-Logan
Brecia is a fiber artist in Santa Barbara, CA where she is the director of Pebble in the Pond Art Studio. Creativity, color and texture have been her life long joys, and she has taught over 2,000 art workshops for guilds, and at conferences, schools, shops, museums, and at her studio. Brecia writes, lectures and exhibits her work nationally. She is currently writing a book about creativity and knitting.
Brook Rademacher
Brook learned how to knit in April of 2003 after a lifetime of waiting for the needles. She fell in love at first stitch and has continued to expand her knowledge of knitting, crocheting and other fiber arts. Brook designs for her blossoming business, and has an ongoing love affair with cashmere. Brook's passion for knitting and crochet is contagious and inspires those around her to play using two sticks and some string.
